Job Description

We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an HR Recruiter in the Financial Services industry. This role will be based in Charleston, South Carolina. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential candidates and will be responsible for various aspects of the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial virtual interviews with potential candidates.
  • Utilize various tools such as ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Careerbuilder, CRM, About Time, Applicant Track System, Background Checks, and Benefit Functions to perform duties efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with team leads and other recruiters.
  • Maintain regular office hours from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services.
  • Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode.
  • Experience with Careerbuilder.
  • Proficient in using CRM.
  • Ability to conduct Background Checks.
  • Strong Communication skills.
