Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Personal Assistant Support team, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Oversee the matching of clients with personal assistants, ensuring a good fit for their needs.
  • Ensure that all services comply with relevant regulations and internal policies.
  • Identify and implement improvements to streamline services and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Provide training and support to staff and personal assistants to ensure they are prepared to meet client needs.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client concerns quickly.
  • Track and report on program performance, including client satisfaction and service delivery metrics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in personal assistant, home care, or related services.
  • 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
  • Knowledge of relevant compliance standards, including Medicaid and healthcare regulations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
